Once your payment is received, the subscription recovery boxes will be sent out on the 7th of each month or within 2-3 days if you have bought a single box.
Check your subscription. If you have purchased a 6 or 12-month plan, you are contracted for that duration. After that, you will be billed monthly at the rate of your subscription plan until you cancel. Contact emma@evolve-recovery.co.uk if you encounter any problems.
Yes, online payments are totally secure. Payment details are encrypted before being transmitted, ensuring complete protection. For your convenience, we use Stripe.
If you have decided to pay monthly, you will be billed on the 1st of each month, and your subscription box will be sent the following week.

I know the feeling, as I am a book freak! If you receive a book that you already have, we can not exchange it for another.
